It comes in a small, printed bag that is compact enough to store in a purse or backpack – how useful! Both water resistant and quilted, it goes on and off with ease due to the front Velcro opening. In addition, it includes our cold alert patch to alert your hooman when the temperature becomes too cold for the pooch.
